</p>
<p>
<span>Slot type stack-flipping machine is
commonly referred to as guide rail flipping and turning machine, rail flipping and
turning machine, stack-flipping machine, etc. It can be used for the
fermentation and stacking of organic waste, such as livestock and poultry
manure, sludge rubbish, sugar factory mud, slag pancake. It is widely used for
the fermentation and water removal operations of organic fertilizer factory,
compound fertilizer factory, sludge rubbish factory, garden spot and double hold mushroom factory.
The stack-flipping machine produced by our company has 3 national patents. The flipping
span can be between 3-12 meters, the flipping depth can be between 0.8-1.8
meters, and there are double slot, semi-slot with multiple specifications which
can meet different customer demand.</span>

<strong>3.Double rotary type hydraulic elevator stack- flipping
machine</strong>
</p>

<span>The double rotary type hydraulic elevator
stack- flipping machine is composed of the transmission device, the walking
device, the hydraulic lifting and the turner device. The motor transmits power
directly to the cycloid reducer to the toss wheel through the sprocket. Fermentation
materials can be piled up to 2-3m high. It can easily stir the parabolic in the
fermentation tank to a position of 2-7 meters away, the flipping speed can be
adjusted so that it is fast and stirring well, eventually achieving the full
contact between the material and the air and fermentation effect of the
material will be better.</span>

<p>
<span>The Forklift type stack- flipping machine
is suitable for the fermentation and dumping of small-scale livestock and
poultry manure, sludge garbage, sugar factory filter sludge, slag cake, straw
sawdust and other organic wastes. It is widely used in fermentation and
dewatering operations for organic fertilizer plants ,compound fertilizers, sludge
garbage plants, gardening farms, and Shuangbao mushroom plants. Compared with
traditional pile turning equipment, its advantages are:</span>

<strong>5.Crawler type stack- flipping machine </strong>
</p>
<p>
The
crawler type stack-flipping machine belongs to the ground stacking fermentation
mode. and it is the most economical fertilizer mode currently for civil
engineering and human resources. The materials need to be stacked in long
strips, stirred and crushed at regular intervals by the stacker and the organic
material is decomposed under aerobic conditions. It also has the function of
crushing, which greatly saves time and labor, significantly improves the
production efficiency and product quality of the organic fertilizer plant, and
greatly reduces the cost. When the stacker works, it can effectively mix
sludge, viscous chicken manure etc with strains and straw powder evenly, which create
a better aerobic environment for the fermentation of materials. The
fermentation rate of crawler type stack-flipping machine is not only much
faster than deep groove fermentation, but also effectively prevents the
generation of harmful and odorous gases in the fermentation process such as
oxygen sulfide, amine gas, and etc, which meets environmental protection
requirements.

type stack- flipping machine</span></strong><span></span>
</p>
<p>
The
walking type stack-flipping machine (self-propelled turning and throwing
machine) is the main machine of full set of equipment specially used for the
production of bio-organic fertilizer. This machine designed as four-wheel
walking, which can move forward, backward, and turn, driven by one person.
During driving, the whole vehicle rides on the pre-stacked long strip of
fertilizer base, and the rotating knife shaft hung under the frame implements the
mixing, fluffing, and shifting for raw materials of the fertilizer, then a new
strip is formed after turning. It can be carried out either in an open field or
in the workshop. The fermentation process of the pile adopts microbial
oxygen-consuming fermentation, which is designed according to the principle of
aerobic fermentation, so that the fermentation bacteria have the space to give
full play to their functions.

type stack- flipping machine </strong>
</p>
<p>
The
chain-plate type stack-flipping machine is suitable for aerobic composting of
organic solid wastes such as livestock manure, sludge garbage, straw and so on.
The traveling system of the machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation,
having good adaptability to different materials, stable operation, high
stacking efficiency and deep trough operation. It adopts variable frequency
speed regulation walking system, which can well adapt to changing of workload.
The walking speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the resistance of the
material, which makes the equipment more adaptable and flexible.

the pallet structure of chain drive and rolling support, low throwing
resistance, energy and power saving , suitable for deep trough operation

turning pallet is equipped with flexible tensioning and elastic damping system
to protect the transmission system and working parts for efficient operation.

and replaceable wear-resistant curved tooth blades are installed on the turning
pallet, which has strong crushing ability and good effect of windrow oxygen
filling

turning and throwing, the material stays on the pallet for a long time,
scattered at a high position, it can be in full contact with the air and easy
to fall off.

(5)Through
the horizontal and vertical displacement, the turning and throwing operation
can be realized at any position in the slot , which is flexible.

(6)The
lifting and lowering of the turning parts are controlled by the hydraulic
system, which is flexible, safe and fast.
</p>

machine can be remotely controlled to move forward, move horizontally, flip and
retreat quickly, which can improve the operating environment

with a moving machine, the slots changing can realize multi-slot operation for
one turning- polishing machine, saving investment.

Secondly, the heating system of the electric heating rod at the bottom is controlled by the electric box to heat the heat transfer oil in the interlayer of the fermenter body. The temperature of the fermenter body is controlled by the temperature sensor while heating, and the temperature of the fermenter is controlled at the fermentation station with better condition. It will be discharged through the discharge port for further processing after the fermentation of the material is completed.<br />
Firstly, we put the material to be fermented into the fermentation tank through the belt conveyor from the feed inlet. The Main motor will be started when the material is put in, and the motor reducer drives the main shaft to start mixing. At the same time, the spiral blade on the mixing shaft carries the animal material, and make the material fully contact with the air, so that the material to be fermented starts the aerobic fermentation stage.<br />
